How to Use

Note:- All these steps will be functional only when you are online .

  • Welcome Screen:

Upon launching the application, users are interacted with a welcome screen.


  • Click Continue Button:

    After the initial welcome screen, users are prompted to click the "Continue" button.

  • Redirect to Login Page:

    Upon clicking the "Continue" button, users are automatically redirected to the Login page.

  • Login Page Display:

    The screen will display the Login page, featuring fields for username/email and password.

  • Authentication Process:

    Users can enter their credentials to log in .

  • Secure Access:

    The login process ensures secure access to the user's account, maintaining privacy and authentication.

  • Forgotten Password Options:

    Users may also have options for password recovery or account assistance if needed..

  • Change Instance URL:

    If necessary, users might also have the ability to modify the instance URL.

  • User-Friendly Interface:

    The login page is designed to be user-friendly, making the authentication process smooth for the users.

  • The layout and details of the Login page are presented in a manner as illustrated below, providing a visual representation of the login process.








  • User Login:

    After entering their username and password, the user successfully logs into the application.

  • Authentication Success:

Home Page:

  • Categories Display:

    Upon successful login and reaching the home page, users are presented with a display of product categories.

  • Corner menu button:

    Additional features and options are easily accessible because of the menu button's handy location in the screen's corners.

  • Menu Options:

    Clicking on the menu button opens a menu, displaying options such as Order, Customer, History, My Profile, Finance, or any other relevant features.

  • Navigation Convenience:

    Users can seamlessly navigate between categories and explore the list of products within each category.

  • Product Details:

    Tapping on a specific product reveals additional details, pricing, and any available options.

  • Cart Accessibility:

    Users may have quick access to their shopping cart from this screen, allowing them to easily view and manage selected items.

  • Visual Appeal:

    The interface is designed to be visually appealing, with clear product images, organized categories, and an intuitive layout.

  • Search Bar Access:

  • Keyword Entry:

    Users enter relevant keywords, such as product names, categories, or specific features, to initiate the search.

  • Real-time Suggestions:

    As users type, real-time suggestions may appear, helping them refine their search or providing popular product options.

  • Search Results Display:

    The app displays search results based on the entered keywords, showcasing relevant products that match the search criteria.

  • Product Details:

    Clicking on a specific search result reveals detailed information about the product, including pricing, description, and any available options.

  • Clear Exit or Back Option:

    Users have a clear option to exit the search results and return to the main interface or previous screen.







  • Navigate to "Order" Menu:

    Users initiate the order placement process by going to the "Order" menu option.

  • Order Menu Highlighted:

    The "Order" menu option is highlighted and easily visible within the app's menu, as depicted in the screenshot.

  • Access Order Section:

    Clicking on the "Order" menu option directs users to the order section of the application.

  • Order Interface Display:

    The screen displays an interface specifically designed for placing orders, providing options and fields for users to input order details.

  • Select Customer (if not done earlier):

    If not already selected, users may have the option to choose a customer for whom the order is being placed.


  • Choose Customer Screen:

    Upon entering the order section, users are presented with a screen where they need to choose the customer for whom the order is being placed.

  • Customer Selection Options:

    Users may have options to search for customers, select from a list, or add a new customer if not already in the system.

  • Customer Details Displayed:

    The screen displays relevant customer details, aiding users in making the correct selection.

  • Proceed to Order Items:

    After selecting the customer, users proceed to the next stage of the order process, where they can add items to the order, adjust quantities, and finalize the order.




Add Customer:

  • Check Customer Existence:

    If the customer is not in the system and is a new customer.

  • Enter Phone Number:

    User enters the full phone number.

  • Option to Add Customer:

    An option to add the customer will appear on the screen.

  • Enter Customer's Name:

    After selecting the option, enter the customer's name.

  • Fill in Details:

    Fill in any additional details required.

  • Click "Add and Create Order":

    Once all details are entered, click the "Add and Create Order" button.



      

  • Customer Added/Selected:

    Once the customer is added or selected.

  • Redirect to Home Page:

    The user will be automatically directed to the home page.

  • Customer's Name Highlighted:

    On the home page, the customer's name will be highlighted.

  • Visual Confirmation:

    This highlighting serves as a visual confirmation of the selected customer, as shown in the screenshot.



  • Choose Items:

    Users can choose the items ordered by the customer.

  • Click on Items:

    When clicking on the desired items, a pop-up will appear.

  • Add to Cart:

    In the pop-up, users can add the selected item to the cart.

  • Quantity Adjustment:

    Users have the option to increase or decrease the quantity of the selected product.

  • Visual Reference:

    This functionality is visually represented in a manner similar to the screenshot for user guidance.

  • Confirm and Continue:

    After adjusting quantities, users can confirm their choices, and the selected items will be added to the cart.



  



  • Complete Item Selection:

    After adding items to the cart as described previously.

  • Navigate to Cart:

    Click on the cart icon located in the top right corner.

  • Cart Display:

    The cart will be displayed, showing a summary of the selected items.

  • Visual Illustration:

    The cart view is illustrated below, providing a visual representation of the selected items and their details.






  • Cart:

    Once the items are added to the cart.

  • Navigate to Cart Screen:

    Users will see the cart screen with various options.

  • Payment Options:

    Within the cart screen, users will find various options, including payment options.

  • Two Payment Choices:

    Users will have two choices for payment – card or cash.

  • Proceed to Checkout:

    When the user clicks on the checkout button in the cart.

  • Directed to Confirmation Screen:

    The user will be automatically directed to a new screen.

  • Confirmation Message:

    On the checkout screen, the user will receive a pop-up box for  confirmation message.

  • Visual Feedback:

    This confirmation message serves as visual feedback to inform the user that the checkout process is successful.

  • Order Completion:

    The confirmation message confirms that the order has been processed.




  • Park Order Option:

    Users have the option to park the order in case of any inconvenience from the consumer's end.

  • Click on Park Order Button:

    When users click on the designated "Park Order" button.

  • Options Display:

    A new screen will appear, displaying various options related to parking the order.




  • Explore Menu:

    After completing the order-related actions, users can explore the menu.

  • Click on Menu Button:

    Users can click on the designated "Menu" button.

  • Select History Icon:

    Users can select the "History" icon from the menu.

  • Redirect to Order History:

    Upon selecting the History icon, the user will be automatically redirected to the Order History section.

  • Order History Display:

    The screen will display the Order History, presenting a chronological list of past orders.

  • Interact with Order Details:

    Users can interact with order details, view specific orders, or perform actions related to their order history within this interface.









  • Select My Profile Icon:

    Users can select the "My Profile" icon from the menu.

    Upon selecting the My Profile icon, the user will be automatically redirected to their profile page.

    The screen will display the user's profile page, containing information such as personal details and other relevant information.

  • Password Change Option:

    Within the profile page, users will find an option to change their password.

  • Redirect to My Profile Page:

    Upon selecting the My Profile icon, the user will be automatically redirected to their dedicated My Profile Page.

    The screen will showcase the My Profile Page, displaying relevant user information, account details..




  • Select Change Password Button:

    Within the My Profile Page, users can locate and select the "Change Password" button.

  • Redirect to Change Password Page:

    Upon selecting the Change Password button, the user will be automatically redirected to the Change Password page.

  • Change Password Page Display:

    The screen will display the Change Password page, providing options and fields for users to update their password.

  • Interact with Password Fields:

    Users can interact with the password fields, enter a new password, and confirm the change within this Change Password page interface.







  • Select Finance Icon:

    Users can select the "Finance" icon from the menu.

  • Redirect to Finance Section:

    Upon selecting the Finance icon, the user will be automatically redirected to the Finance section.

  • Choose Log-out Option:

    Within the profile options, users select the "Log-out" option.

  • Logout Confirmation:

    A confirmation prompt may appear, asking users to confirm their decision to log out.

  • Redirect to Login Page:

    After confirming the logout, users are automatically redirected to the Login Page.

    The screen displays the Login Page, users can log-in again if they wish to access the application.
